Celebrating More Than 40 Years of Service

he Sinclair Knight Merz Group represents the combined strengths of a number of earlier practices. Astute mergers have brought together diverse skills and experiences and provided the Group with the ability to offer world’s best practice combined with detailed local knowledge across the markets in which we operate. A feature of these mergers has been the desire for cultural compatibility and market synergy. In this way, we have been able to preserve our most successful characteristics whilst simultaneously adding value and services for our clients. The Group has also grown as a result of a number of public and private sector outsourcings in Australia.

This was in recognition of the development of the Group globally, and the importance of equitable participation by all shareholders, regardless of country of residence and professional practice. This restructure resulted in the constitution of Sinclair Knight Merz Management Pty Limited as the ultimate holding entity for the direction of the Group's business. This is also the entity in which all shareholders have their voting interests.
