Benchmarking Network
Sinclair Knight Merz is a member of the International Project Management Benchmarking Network. The network has over numerous members worldwide and specialises in best practice project management. Two existing networks operate in Europe which have been in operation since 1993 with 18 high profile organisations. The networks in Europe are currently being expanded and recruitment for a network in USA has commenced. Groups also operate in Australia of which Sinclair Knight Merz is a member. Membership of the network is deliberately designed to cover a broad range of business sectors to facilitate a wide range of approaches to any topic, to give cross-fertilisation of ideas from different industry sectors, and to avoid potential conflict of interest.
