Our recruitment process
If you’ve decided you want to apply for a role in our graduate program, here’s what will happen.
You’ll apply through our online system, which puts you into our database. The application form will ask you for a range of information that will help us identify your skills, and how they’ll apply to our business. In order for us to be able to progress your application, you must complete the questionnaire and upload all the documents we ask for. (Help for this process can be found in the self help guide)
If you’re someone,whose skills and aspirations meet our needs, we’ll contact you to arrange an interview. The interview will l generally involve a manager and someone from our recruitment team. Here, we’ll be able to find out more about what you’re looking for and you’ll have a chance to ask questions of us. We can also discuss with you how our business works, and how you might fit into it. There may be one or two interviews depending on the position.
If after, the interview we both feel that we can offer each other something – we will continue the process by taking a couple of references, and finally extend an offer to join our team.
