Sinclair Knight Merz (SKM) has been recognised for client service, having been named a finalist in the 2012 BRW Client Choice Awards. Now in its ninth year, the awards recognise those firms that stand apart for the excellent client care they provide and the quality of their service.
The Client Choice awards assess professional services firms in Australia from the perspective of the client. Buyers of professional services were surveyed in late 2011 and asked to rate firms on attributes such as innovation, market leadership, value for money, client care and service quality.
Commenting on SKM’s success, CEO Santo Rizzuto acknowledged the central importance of the firm’s global Relationship Client First strategy, and the ongoing focus on client service, in all SKM’s markets and geographies.
