
SKM wins Client Choice awards
Sinclair Knight Merz (SKM) has been recognised as leading the professional services sector in client service in Australia, winning three awards at the 2011 BRW Client Choice Awards, presented in Sydney.
The three awards include the overall “Best professional service firm (revenue over A$200 million)”, "Best consulting engineering firm (revenue over A$200m)", and "Best South Australian firm".
SKM has now won the “Best consulting engineering firm” and “Best South Australian firm” awards two years in a row.
The Client Choice awards assess professional services firms in Australia from the perspective of the client. Buyers of professional services were surveyed in late 2010 and asked to rate firms on attributes such as innovation, market leadership, value for money, client care and service quality.
Commenting on SKM’s success, CEO Paul Dougas acknowledged the central importance of the firm’s global Relationship Client First strategy, and said:
