
SKM were responsible for the Building Services design for this mixed use development comprising the construction of three independent building structures above a common single-storey basement. The new buildings consist of an 8-storey office building with ground and basement retail space, and two 6-storey residential apartment buildings. The basement houses car parking and plant space. Roof top plant is also located on all three structures.
A particular aspect of the scheme is the inclusion of on-site renewable technology in the form of independent ground source heating and cooling and solar water heating to the offices and the residential blocks.
