Marc Serviced Residences is a luxurious serviced apartment project located just across the street from an internationally-recognized architectural icon, the Petronas Twin Towers, in the heart of Kuala Lumpur.

The development consists of two 35-storey towers (Tower A and Tower B) on a five-storey podium with a three-level basement. There are 607 apartment units in the project.
SKM used capabilities in the following areas:

- Structural engineering – 3D modelling, analysis and design of structures using load bearing walls / shear walls.
