SKM was Common Technical Consultant undertaking a technical due diligence audit of the successful concessionaire’s 25 year agreement to build, operate and maintain the mechanical and electrical equipment for Bangkok’s Blue Line Metro.
The Blue Line is a 20 km underground mass rapid transit line between Chaloem and Ratchamongkhon in the Thai capital.
SKM’s work included review of rolling stock, power supply, signalling, communications, automatic fare collection, platform screen doors, SCADA, civil works, graphics and signage, contractual issues and environmental issues.
