SKM is providing building services engineering design services for the Dubai University Hospital, a state-of-art academic medical centre and will be the main tertiary care facility located within Dubai Healthcare City.
With a service mix consisting of inpatient and outpatient consultations and surgeries, imaging, laboratory and invasive procedures, and non-trauma emergency care, the18 level hospital will accommodate 400 beds and cover approximately 140,000m² of programme space.
