The project comprised the complete refurbishment of the 130,000ft2 former head office to convert dealing rooms to offices and to rebalance the services to the whole building. The works were carried out with the client in situ on a floor by floor basis with a phased reoccupation. The site comprises two buildings and the systems in both buildings were refurbished. New chillers and heat rejection systems were installed.
The key to this project was in the planning and phasing of the works and in the careful integration of systems into an existing operational building.
