
Sinclair Knight Merz, in association with leading US firm, Parsons Brinckerhoff, and Davis Langdon Australia, was appointed Independent Reviewer for the Melbourne City Link Project.
Sinclair Knight Merz is responsible for ensuring, on behalf of the Victorian Government, the Concession Company and Trustees that the project is being constructed in accordance with the designs and standards specified in the Act of
Parliament. The role includes certification of works carried out by, and payments made to, the contractor, the Transfield Obayashi Joint Venture. It also includes arbitration on major contractual issues.
