SKM is advising on the development of this Grade 1 office development in a design conservation zone in the heart of Manchester City Centre.
The work included the progression of nine temporary road closure orders under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act to enable construction and the discharge of planning conditions relating to street design, reinstatement of highways and associated Traffic Regulation Orders.
