Institutional Strengthening of Da Nang Urban Environment Company

The overall goal of this project was to improve the water and sewerage services of Da Nang City through the institutional strengthening of the Da Nang Urban Environment Company (URENCO). The project comprised two interrelated components:
- To strengthen URENCO’s charter and its ability to develop and implement a customer-focussed corporate structure, corporate plan and business development program.
- To manage the project efficiently and effectively in a way which ensures the ownership and participation of local stakeholders in the institutional strengthening process.
