Sinclair Knight Merz provided civil and structural engineering for a landmark 20-storey luxury apartment block and commercial building, situated in central Manchester and adjacent to the River Irwell. The architect for the project was Broadway Malyan.
Features of the development include extensive glazing on all facades, 20-storey reinforced concrete frame with flat slab construction to minimise floor depth and reduce the overall building height, car parking contained within the basement construction.
