The "Linking Councils and Communities" project (LCC), is the strategic framework for the development of online services capability by Local Government in Western Australia.
Sinclair Knight Merz assisted the Western Australian Local Government Association (WALGA) in developing this strategic plan, which included amongst many things, the preparation of an e-Business Strategy and the creation of web standards and policies. Sinclair Knight Merz has recently been appointed the Project Partner to WALGA for the implementation of on-line services over the next 3 years.
