SKM developed a SCADA security risk management strategy for the White Energy Company’s Tabang Binderless Coal Briquetting (BCB) Plant in order to protect their critical assets from cyber-security threats. The White Energy Company is currently in the process of developing a number of BCB facilities globally. The continuous operation of these facilities depend on the use of ICT and SCADA in its core manufacturing process. SKM designed a SCADA industrial control system security program in order to protect the availability, confidentiality, integrity and safety of White Energy Company’s production system. The strategy involved the development, design and implementation of their SCADA security architecture, SCADA security policies, SCADA security testing and compliance auditing.
