Sinclair Knight Merz has more than 30 years experience in the development of hydropower schemes ranging in output from 30 kW to 700 MW. We have won worldwide recognition for innovative low cost designs that have resulted in substantial savings for our clients. We have completed the detailed electrical and mechanical design and construction of numerous small hydro-electric schemes.
Our service delivery extends to feasibility studies, design, specification, project management, supervision of construction and commissioning of new schemes and due diligence. We also have extensive experience of the planning and implementation of rehabilitation and refurbishment.
