For over a decade Sinclair Knight Merz has supported the new renewable energy sector providing expert advice and support to developers, operators, funders and regulators in the wind sector.
We have undertaken commissions from wind energy developers and operators world-wide covering all aspects of project life cycles, including site prospecting, consenting, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, operation and maintenance and replanting.
Our involvement varies from the provision of complete consultancy services from project conception through to operation and regulatory support, to discrete commissions such as noise impact assessment, technical advisor or electrical design.
SKM maintains expertise in both on and off shore windpower, and for offshore windpower we work closely with our alliance partner RAMBOLL of Denmark.
