We have a broad and detailed knowledge of alumina refining, iron, steel and aluminium smelting along with rolling, continuous casting and rod production.

Civil and structural engineering: Projects include foundry and mill expansions plus the construction of new stockpiles, mills and blast furnaces.
Materials handling: Experience includes pot trailers, crucible carriers, conveyors, bucket elevators, reclaimers and stackers, chutes and stockpiles.
Mechanical and electrical engineering: We have been involved in general smelter and mill process upgrade works. As a result, we have maintained on-going site presence at numerous iron, steel, alumina and aluminium process plants throughout Australia
Structural dynamics: We offer unique and advanced services in assessing life extension and failure mode analysis. These services include vibration mode and fatigue analysis, balancing of large rotating machinery, finite element analysis and life extension studies
