SKM also provide a suite of specific tools and techniques to clarify, articulate and respond to clients’ sustainability challenges.

We define strategic, technical and operational approaches and pragmatic implementation plans that address the whole of life cycle of a project. We aid implementation by constructing compelling business cases and providing training, change management measures and useful systems and tools.
